Welcome to HONEY HUSTLE PRIVATE LIMITED ("Honey Hustle", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using Honey Hustle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

Honey Hustle is open for use by all users. By using the Platform, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. You are responsible for ensuring lawful use of the Platform.

2. Account Creation

Creating an account is mandatory to access most features of the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any activity performed through your account will be deemed as done by you.
Accounts found providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may be suspended or terminated.

3. Services Provided

Honey Hustle is an internship platform that connects students and freshers with verified partner companies. The Platform currently offers the following internship program types:

Online Internships — Remote, task-based internship programs that students can complete from anywhere.
Onsite Internships — In-person internship programs conducted at the company's premises.
Enroll & Get Certificates — Internship programs where students pay an enrollment fee and receive professional certification documents (offer letter, acceptance letter, internship certificate, and completion certificate).

All listings, screens, and workflows are managed and controlled by Honey Hustle. Users do not have free posting rights.

4. Payments, Fees & Commission

Internship enrollment fees are set by the partner company for each program. Fees vary by company and program type.
Students pay the internship enrollment fee directly through the Honey Hustle platform via Razorpay or other supported payment gateways.
Honey Hustle collects a platform commission of 33% of the enrollment fee, capped at a maximum of ₹1,500 per transaction. The remaining amount is transferred to the partner company.
Payment methods include UPI and other supported digital payment options provided by our payment gateway partners.
All payments are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances once the internship enrollment is confirmed.
Honey Hustle is not responsible for delays or failures caused by external payment gateways.

5. Company Verification

Honey Hustle may conduct company or employer verification using submitted details and internal checks.
Verification does not guarantee internship authenticity, stipend assurance, or employment security.
Users are advised to apply and engage at their own discretion.

6. Certificate Programs & Enrollment Documents

For "Enroll & Get Certificates" programs, students receive the following documents upon successful payment: offer letter, acceptance letter, internship certificate, and completion certificate.
Partner companies are responsible for uploading enrollment documents within 48 hours of student payment.
Honey Hustle is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or recognition of certificates issued by partner companies.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information
Impersonate any individual or organization
Use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities
Attempt to hack, bypass, or disrupt platform security
Engage in any activity that violates the laws of India

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination.

8. Our Content & Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, branding, UI/UX design, text, graphics, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Honey Hustle Private Limited. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Feedback & Suggestions

Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions submitted to Honey Hustle may be used by us without compensation or obligation to the user.

10. Promotions & Offers

Honey Hustle may conduct promotions, offers, or campaigns from time to time.

Additional terms may apply and will be communicated separately.

11. Suspension & Termination

Honey Hustle reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in suspicious or harmful activities.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Honey Hustle shall not be liable for:

Internship disputes or partner company actions
Errors or omissions in internship listings
Payment gateway failures
Third-party service issues

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honey Hustle's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user, if any.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and the State of Telangana. Courts located in Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

Honey Hustle may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via push notifications or within the Platform. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
